Questions, answered
How long does a website take to build?
Most Starter sites are live within about a week once we have your content. Custom builds usually take two to three weeks, depending on the pages and features. We'll give you a clear timeline in your quote.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just the basics: what your business does, any logo or photos you already have, and your contact details. If you don't have content ready, we can write and source it for you — that's what the Custom plan and copywriting are for.
Can I update the website myself afterwards?
Yes. We hand over a short, plain-language guide so you can make simple changes. Prefer not to touch it? That's exactly what our maintenance and content retainers cover — you send us the change, we do it.
Who manages the content and social posts?
On a content retainer, we do — from planning the month to writing captions and publishing. You approve the plan, we handle the rest. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.
Do I have to be on camera for video content?
No. Most of our clients don't want to film themselves, so we produce AI-generated videos — voiceover, screenshots, and AI visuals instead of a camera — no filming, no awkwardness. If you'd rather appear on camera yourself, we can do that too.
Do you charge monthly for the website itself?
The website build is a once-off cost. Hosting and maintenance are an optional monthly plan if you'd like us to keep everything online, secure and updated. There are no lock-in contracts.
What if I already have a website?
No problem — we can redesign it, move it over to us, or just take over the content and upkeep. Send us the link and we'll tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what's worth changing.
